What we collect

If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, enquiry route and message you choose to provide. The form records your explicit consent and the time the enquiry was submitted.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information only to route, assess and respond to your message, maintain a responsible correspondence record and protect the website from misuse.

Who can see it

Enquiries are not public. They are available only to authenticated ChronoDyne editors with an operational need to review or answer them. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records only while they remain useful for the conversation, legitimate operational records or applicable legal obligations. Records that are no longer needed should be securely removed.

Your choices

You may ask whether we hold an enquiry from you and request correction or deletion where appropriate. Use the founder contact route and identify the email address used for the original message.

Hosting and security

The production service is intended to run on Railway using access-controlled infrastructure and a private database. No internet service is risk-free, but administrative access, private enquiry records and publishing permissions are separated from the public site.

Changes

We will update this notice when the site’s data practices change. Material additions such as analytics, advertising or third-party marketing tools should be documented here before they are enabled.
