A working public application: source-controlled publishing, research records, accessible interaction and consent-based enquiry handling.
One application, maintained through source.
The company, research, founders and journal pages share a Next.js and React application. Public copy lives in typed source files, with stable routes, page metadata and a sitemap.
Interaction with a usable fallback.
The emblem uses a single Three.js scene. Essential text and navigation remain independent of it. A static image supports reduced motion and unavailable WebGL, while rendering pauses when the scene is off screen.
A deliberate backend boundary.
The public pages no longer query a CMS. Consent-based enquiries still pass through the existing backend. That retained dependency is part of the current system, not a claim that the migration removed every backend.
